Adonis Banegas Named Executive Director of Ready, Willing & Able Philadelphia

Ready, Willing & Able Philadelphia has named Adonis Banegas as its next Executive Director. Banegas will officially begin his leadership role on October 1, bringing decades of experience in community development, workforce initiatives, health education, and human services.

Experience Rooted in Community Service
Selected after a four-month national search, Banegas most recently served as Executive Director of El Concilio and previously held leadership positions with the Hispanic Family Center of Southern New Jersey and the Family Planning Council.

Since 1998, Ready, Willing & Able Philadelphia has supported men experiencing homelessness and substance use disorder through recovery housing, job training, and paid work opportunities that help keep Philadelphia's neighborhoods clean and vibrant.
